At Manukau After Hours Veterinary Clinic, our staff are here to provide you and your pets the best, quality of care for your loved ones after hours and during emergency situations.
For us to function as safely as possible and in line with all current framework advise from Government and NZVA, we have implemented the following to outline the way that clients and staff can move around our clinic.
We acknowledge the sensitive nature of this situation during these times and we ask for your patience, understanding and continued respect of our staff as we support you and your pets.
As of 12.01am Wednesday 3 February 2022 the following protocols will be in place:
On arrival to the clinic, you will be asked to present your vaccine passport for anyone who is 12 years or older before being able to enter the clinic. Please ensure you also continue to use the Covid Tracer App on entry to the clinic.
Masks are to be worn at all times by those 12 years and older. These must be regulation masks – no bandanas, scarves, tshirts etc will be accepted.
Our clinic is open for clients who present their valid vaccine passport for the following;
Dropping off and picking up animals
Signing treatment and consent forms
Make EFTPOS payments ; please note we will still not be accepting cash
You are able to enter our consult rooms once advised by a member of our staff (max 3 people at one time – this includes a member of staff)
Masks to be worn by both staff and clients at all times
If you do not have a valid vaccine passport, the following will apply;
Entry into the clinic for
Dropping off and picking up your pet only
Signing treatment and consent forms
Making EFTPOS payments ; please note we will still not be accepting cash
Clients will otherwise need to remain in their car after their animal has been dropped off in clinic
Masks to be worn by both staff and clients at all times
No visiting hours for hospitalised patients
